SkyTrex "big thrill"

Image
I'm 27 years old this year and i've got a belly with me.... its time to get fit i think.... and that was on April So it all started out by first organising an event among mhs classmates which include waterfall treking, water rafting, sky trek, broga hill and overnight in sekeping serendah on 31st april... however to no avail we only managed skytrex at shah alam.. -_-" Prior to this event i've been hitting the gym trying to improve my fitness as i knew i'm no where near fit.... trying to shed off some pounds so my belly would look smaller... thinking that i would be exposing myself at the waterfall....(however 2months has passed by and i still got a belly eventhough it has downgrade a few size) The day came, firstly we were off climbing a 2 storey high tree where everything else proceed from there... during the halfway climb i already felt like giving up as it was a straight 90degrees climb... my arms are weak by the time i reach the platform.... lu

Taking the first step

Today i've mustered up myself to call my diabetic patient for interview.... Initially i was scare to call becoz i'm afraid of rejection as it is something most people would reject if they knew it all. However i did my best and called out to the 1st patient... And the way i explained was a total flop... Through repetition and polish i'm starting to get hang of this.... I could do this, said to myself... After calling 8patients, im thinking when is this going to end, is killing me... Im embarassed and felt like giving up... After some rest... I persisted and finished the job, there was a sense of joy as i've done something new. Believe me, now calling patient up and persuading them is so much easier.... (barrier has been broken).... Same goes for the interview, repetition and polishing makes anything so easy... As long as you are willing to initate (being proactive), you can achieve anything.
